Ronald holds a BSc. IT, Bachelor of Laws, Diploma in Legal Practice, Dip. Arch Engineering, Diploma In Business Administration and is currently pursuing CFA. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, Partner at Muganwa,Nanteza & Co. Advocates, and proprietor of several entities like Sail Global Corporation which is a global Consulting, Strategy and Management firm with multiple investments through its associated subsidiaries entities, Sail Global Security Services which is a private security company offering guarding, escort and Investigation services, Simba Gold Refineries which is one of Uganda’s leading gold refineries. Ronald is also a member of several company Boards in Uganda.

Specioza Kiwanuka

Specioza is an all-round development programme management expert with a MSc. Degree in Agricultural Economics and over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles with local and international NGOs. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of UWESO and has worked before as Executive Director – Uganda Biodiversity Fund, Country Director – Build Africa, Director of Programmes – Actionaid, Programmme Coordinator – VECO and CEO for BUCADEF. During this period she has been able to steer a wide range of development and rights based related work that has benefited vulnerable communities, refugees, women, youth and children in the areas of economic empowerment, nutrition and food security, education, water and sanitation, child’s rights and safeguarding, governance, among others. She has been an active member of the Ugandan civil society including governance support to the Uganda National NGO Forum as Treasurer and Chairperson. She has presented her organisations’ and CSO policy advocacy positions at various national, regional and international consultative meetings/conferences on food security, trade, financing for development, sustainable agriculture and natural resource management.

Previously, she also worked as Subject Matter specialist in charge Women and Youth Affairs and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer under the MAAIF Agricultural Extension Programme (1992-1997). During this period she effectively contributed to agricultural development and transfer of improved technologies to farmers, including women and youth in Uganda. She contributed to the conceptualisation and establishment of Mpigi Women Development Trust in 1990, which has to date benefited over 100,000 less privileged women in mother Mpigi district (currently comprised of Mpigi, Wakiso, Gomba and Butambala districts). She is a committed and self motivated team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dedicated to maintain high quality standards and committed to gender equity, social and economic justice.

Rotarian Cyprian Male Kayongo was born on 16th Sept 1954 in Bulemezi Luwero District. He did his Primary and Secondary Education at Nandere from where he proceeded to St Peter’s College Tororo where he did his A’level. In 1975 he joined Makerere University for a Bachelors Degree in Economics which he completed in 1978.

After his studies, he joined Bank of Uganda where he worked for 16 years in different Departments until 1994 when he retired voluntarily. From Bank of Uganda, he started his own business with his wife. They have a factory at Namanve manufacturing plastic containers and also have a Hotel at Muyenga called Landmark View Hotel.

Rotarian Cyprian Male Kayongo is happily married to a beautiful wife called Anne Male, whom he married on 6th Oct 1984. Together, they are blessed with four grown-up children.

Rotarian Cyprian Male Kayongo and Rotarian Ann Male joined Rotary in 2019 and are enjoying it beyond imagination. They like the Club and we are determined to serve above self.

Rotarian Lilian Racheal Lubandi is a female Uganda from Busoga. Born on 7th July 1973, she is blessed with two boys and one girl, all grown up now. The boys are Ssesanga Elwin and Ssozi Ernest, and the girl is Kemigisha Alicia. She enjoys socialising, making new friends, reading on a daily basis for self-mentorship, sports like women’s Netball and obviously spending time in my kitchen checking on her cooking.

Margaret-Anne Mazzi Wampamba

Margaret-Anne Mazzi Wampamba was born in Uganda years ago. She is now a retired civil servant of the United States Government at the National Science Foundation (NSF). She also worked at other U.S. government agencies, i.e. Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). At NSF, she worked with scientists in various directorates supporting scientific research funding.

Before moving to USA, Ms. Wampamba lived in the United Kingdom where she did her college education. She also attended college in Paris, France for both traditional and modern French language.

During her retirement she continues to support those who seek funding for scientific research especially in materials science. Her main hobby is writing. She has published 3 children’s books, one poetry book and her latest novel, The Virgin Journey, which is a trilogy.

Ms. Wampamba is very well travelled all over the world and she enjoys gourmet entertaining. She loves the arts and thrives on donating her time to the unfortunate all over the world. She lives in Kampala, Uganda and Falls Church, Virginia, USA.

Education: All Primary, Secondary and undergraduate schooling undertaken in Kampala ending up with a BA at Makerere University, Kampala. He undertook several Post Graduate Studies in France and in UK, including a Doctorate (D.PHIL.) from the University of Sussex in England.

Working Experience: He had a long working career with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) from 1972 – 2004 based at Headquarters Paris, France and in several other countries such as Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and USA. PAG Jones’s last position before retirement was Director and UNESCO Representative to the UN and to US Government based in New York.

Returning home (2004): PAG Jones has served as Former Minister of State for Culture in Buganda Government. He coordinated the Task Force for creation of Muteesa I Royal University. PAG Jones serves on several Councils and Boards.
Rotary International.

Rotary Life: PAG Jones joined Rotary in 1989 while serving in Sierra Leone, where he served as Club Secretary. He later joined the Rotary Club of Lagos where he also served as Club Secretary. While serving at the UN in New York, he was a member of the Rotary Club of New York. On his return home, he joined the Rotary Club of Kampala, served as Club Secretary and as Club Treasurer
Served as Charter President RC Nateete-Kampala. Presently, he is a member of the Rotary Club of Kampala-Munyonyo.

Rotary Service: He served as Country Trainer (Uganda), Membership Chair (Uganda), RCC Chair and Assistant Governor for TWO consecutive years. He is a TRF Cadre and has undertaken several missions on behalf of the Foundation in countries such as Ethiopia, India, South Africa, Uganda and Zambia.
In 2010, Jones led District 9200 Group Study Exchange to Sweden.
